چکیده
Diagnosis of latent endometritis and predicting the effect inflammatory process on course pregnancy its outcome is a necessary measure when conducting clinical examination animals. Lack diagnostic criteria, including microbiological one, cause difficulties for veterinarians in assessing endometritis. Often, animals suffering from inflammation reproductive tract are infertile cannot be treated. And cows with dysbiosis genital tract, sick young born, lagging behind growth development. The aim work was to establish relationship between microbiome, number species composition commensals opportunistic microorganisms ability carry pregnancy. Washes oral nasal cavities were taken born study microbiome: lactic acid combination pathogens. As result research, it found that low an increased titer infertile, which led their culling. In animals, they present respiratory all samples, together coccal microorganisms. advisable diagnosis processes upper tract.

Development of Upper Respiratory Tract Microbiota in Infancy is Affected by Mode of Delivery
Birth by Caesarian section is associated with short- and long-term respiratory morbidity. We hypothesized that mode of delivery affects the development of the respiratory microbiota, thereby altering its capacity to provide colonization resistance and consecutive pathobiont overgrowth and infections. Therefore, we longitudinally studied the impact of mode of delivery on the nasopharyngeal micro...
متن کاملCharacterization of the upper and lower respiratory tract microbiota in Piedmontese calves
BACKGROUND The microbiota of the bovine upper respiratory tract has been recently characterized, but no data for the lower respiratory tract are available. A major health problem in bovine medicine is infectious bronchopneumonia, the most common respiratory syndrome affecting cattle. With this study, we used 16S rRNA gene sequencing to characterize and compare the microbial community compositio...
متن کاملNasopharyngeal microbiota in infants and changes during viral upper respiratory tract infection and acute otitis media
BACKGROUND Interferences between pathogenic bacteria and specific commensals are known. We determined the interactions between nasopharyngeal microbial pathogens and commensals during viral upper respiratory tract infection (URI) and acute otitis media (AOM) in infants. METHODS We analyzed 971 specimens collected monthly and during URI and AOM episodes from 139 infants. The 16S rRNA V4 gene r...
متن کاملUpper Respiratory Tract Infections
The upper respiratory system includes the nose, nasal cavity, pharynx, and larynx with subglottic area of trachea. In the normal circumstances, air enters the respiratory system through nostrils where it is filtered, humidified, and warmed inside the nasal cavity. Conditioned air passes through pharynx, larynx, and trachea and then enters in lower respiratory system. Dysfunction of any part of ...
متن کاملUpper Respiratory Tract Infection
Upper respiratory tract infection (URI) is a general term for a heterogeneous group of illnesses caused by numerous etiologic agents that affect the mucosal lining of the upper respiratory tract, including the middle-ear cavity and paranasal sinuses. URIs are primarily caused by viruses, rhinoviruses being the most common etiological agents. Respiratory viruses transmit easily via direct contac...
